Payment deadline: All fees must be paid in Euros to Hasta La Vista by 10 July 2025
Important: Your entry is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Late entries: Entries not received by midnight on 30 June 2025 will not be accepted.
Entry and event package fees must be paid within 10 days of the entry deadline or the entry will be cancelled.

Final dinner on Saturday evening will be hosted in one of Wrocław’s landmark venues. The exact location will be announced soon on the tournament website. - FOOD PACKAGE
The organizer does not offer meal packages. However, meals will be available for purchase at the Cortado Restaurant at Hasta La Vista. The restaurant will serve buffet-style meals – each player can individually choose and pay on site. - CHAMPIONSHIP T-SHIRT – 29€
The official European Masters 2025 souvenir T-shirt is available only via pre-order during registration. It will not be sold at the venue.

ℹ️ Additional Information
📥 How to Enter
Entries must be made online via the ESF Tournament Software website.
Entries open in May 2025 and close at midnight on 30 June 2025 (CET).
Only entries endorsed by ESF member nations will be accepted.
Late entries require CAP approval.
🎾 Matches
All players are guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.
In large draws (96/64/32/16), placement matches for positions 49, 33, 17 and 9 will be played.
🔢 European Squash ID (ESID)
All players, coaches, and officials must be registered with ESF and validated by their national federation (MNF).

↩️ Withdrawals
Withdrawals after the deadline will be subject to penalties in line with ESF regulations.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, entry fees will be refunded minus administrative charges.
🏨 Accommodation
Players are responsible for their own hotel arrangements. Accommodation suggestions are listed on the website.
🚗 Transport
Players are responsible for their own transportation. The organiser can provide information or guidance upon request.
✅ Eligibility
Players must meet eligibility requirements as stated in Regulations Section B2.
Players must be at least the minimum age for their category as of 27 August 2025.
Categories: Men & Women: 35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+, 80+
Players may only enter one category and must compete in their age group or the next younger group.
Categories may be combined if entry numbers are low.
🛂 Visa Invitation Letters
Participants requiring a visa must apply in advance. Member nations are responsible for ensuring proper documentation.

Include: full name, passport number, date of birth, gender, and role (player, coach, etc.).
All travel bookings (flights, hotels, cars, tours) made independently are the participant’s responsibility and at their own cost.
There will be no tickets sold for the stands or any other area of the club during the Championship. Access to watching matches and visiting the club will be opened to everyone.
