Photography Accreditation Policy
Any individual wishing to take photographs during the tournament for purposes other than personal use, including photos near the courts or the central court(s), must obtain official accreditation from Hasta La Vista Sports Center, the owner of the venue and organizer of the event.
Accreditation Procedure

Accreditation requests must be submitted no later than one week before the event.

Applications should be sent via email to the Event Manager at the following address: [insert email address].

The purpose of the photo reportage.

The name of the institution or media outlet the applicant represents.

Photographer Responsibilities
By accepting accreditation, the photographer agrees to:

Respect the rights of the official event photographer, including:

Priority access to courts and all official photo zones.

Exclusive rights to the main photo coverage of the event.

Avoid disturbing the players or interfering with matches in any way.

Comply with all instructions from the Tournament Director and Event Manager.

Wear appropriate, clean, and dark clothing, especially when working near glass courts, to minimize visual distractions.

Stay only in designated photography zones.

Not use flash or intrusive equipment during matches.
Additional Terms and Conditions

Accreditation badges must be visible at all times while working on-site.

Accredited photographers may be required to sign a media agreement, which outlines:

Limitations on the commercial use of the photos taken.

Consent to share selected images with the organizer upon request for event promotion.

Acknowledgment that failure to comply with any of the rules may result in the revocation of accreditation and removal from the venue.
